New Interac e-Transfer® Sender Profiles

We're making it easier to manage your business day-to-day banking
Starting October 2, 2017, when you initiate an Interac e-Transfer®, you will be prompted to create a new Interac e-Transfer® Sender Profile.

The new profile will be unique to the business account and profile information such as recipient lists, e-Transfer history, and send/receive limits will be shared among all account signers.

Be prepared
To help ensure a smooth transition of information to your new profile, be sure to make a list of your existing recipients prior to October 2. Once you've created the new profile, you will no longer be able to view the following information from your previous profile:

  • Recipient lists
  • e-Transfer history
