Role and responsibilities

Leading by example, the Branch Manager has a passion for building and developing a team of employees empowered to positively contribute to the success of the branch and organization. The Branch Manager coaches employees in building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to help members achieve their financial goals. With proven leadership and business development skills, the Branch Manager establishes key business and community partnerships in support of the financial well-being of the communities we serve.

Key responsibilities

Sales and service leadershipCreate value, grow member relationships, coach, and encourage learning and development
Member and community experienceBuild member loyalty, stay informed, and grow community connections
Employee experienceFoster engagement, teamwork, leadership, and learning opportunities, commitment, and accountability
Risk managementMember confidence, risk and loss mitigation

Passion and dedicationTo deliver exceptional member service and to build strong member relationships; peer and employee relationships and connections in the community

Mentor and coachWork with the team to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans to leverage the right resources and deliver results

Experience and education

  • Minimum five years financial service industry experience, preferably with two years retail lending
  • Minimum five years direct leadership experience
  • Combined experience and post-secondary education in the areas directly related to financial services business will be considered
