I promise to keep this message brief and relevant, as I’m sure you have been hearing from many businesses regarding the COVID-19 situation.

Today, I’d like to share three immediate changes that will impact our member’s face-to-face experience as our credit union supports national and local efforts to keep our people healthy and our community strong. We are:

  1. Working to temporarily eliminate in branch visits
  2. Helping members facing financial hardship
  3. Reducing branch hours

Our changes to date are modest, however the world around us is changing daily, and we are prepared to support you as this situation evolves. You can always count on us to provide you with great service and quality advice from the comfort and safety of your home.

You can help.

Please stay home and bank online or over the phone. Before visiting a branch, please contact us and we will assess your situation to help determine if it’s necessary.
