Member Link provides you with 24-hour telephone banking for your ACU account. To access telephone banking just call 604.857.5538 on a touchtone phone, and follow the prompts you're given. Select 1 at the first menu to enter the Personal Banking options, at which point you'll be asked for your account number, branch number, and Personal Access Code.

Getting a Personal Access Code is very easy. Just visit your ACU branch and they'll be happy to set you up with one, which can be used for both Telephone Banking and Internet Banking. There is no monthly fee for Telephone and Internet banking.

CardLink

CardLink is a similar telephone system, but for your MasterCard. The toll free number, 1.888.546.5487, allows you to check your card's balance, report a lost/stolen card, check recent transactions, or speak with a representative. As with any telephone or internet banking system, Cardlink gives you access any time of day, any day of the week.
