Security & Technology
Naturally, online banking requires security measures so your information is safe and protected. This means that MemberDirect® and CUCards Online® connect with a secure connection only supported by particular web browsers (those that support 128-bit security.) Internet Explorer 5 or higher, Netscape 4.7 or higher, and Mozilla can all use online banking if they have 128-bit security installed. If not, please upgrade to the latest version, which always includes 128-bit support.
